2. Our products

integrAIt supplies downloadable digital products designed to help customers implement AI-assisted business processes and automation workflows.

Our products may include templates, workflow files, configuration instructions, documentation and other digital resources, as specified on each product page.

All products are supplied electronically. No physical items are delivered. Product functionality, included files and technical requirements may vary.

3. Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately and clearly.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the relevant product description, including the files supplied, intended use, technical requirements and any disclosed limitations.

Product images, demonstrations and examples are provided to illustrate intended functionality and may not represent the exact output or results achieved in every environment.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is incorrectly described or fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

4. Pricing & payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise indicated.

The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or additional charges, will be shown before you submit your order.

Each automation kit is sold as a one-time purchase. integrAIt does not charge a recurring subscription fee for individual kit purchases.

Some products may require external software, API services or third-party subscriptions, which may involve separate costs.

Payments are processed through our supported payment providers. Orders are subject to successful payment authorisation.

5. Orders & contract formation

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected digital products under these Terms.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and provide confirmation of the purchase.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure or an obvious pricing error, subject to applicable law. Where payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will provide an appropriate refund.

6. Digital delivery

Following successful payment confirmation, purchased files will ordinarily become available through the order confirmation page. Download information will also be sent to the email address supplied during checkout.

Customers with an account can access eligible purchases through My Library.

Each purchased kit includes an allowance of up to 10 downloads. If you have difficulty accessing your files, please contact support.

Digital delivery depends on the availability of our website, hosting infrastructure and relevant service providers.

7. Customer accounts

You may purchase products without creating an account.

If you choose to register, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and taking reasonable steps to protect your account. You must provide accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect security or address serious breaches of these Terms.

8. Product licensing

Purchasing a integrAIt automation kit grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the supplied digital content for your own personal use or within one business.

You may modify and configure the files to suit your permitted business requirements. Unless we provide written authorisation, you must not:

  • Resell or redistribute the original files.
  • Publish purchased files for public download.
  • Share or transfer your licence to another organisation.
  • Sell modified versions as standalone competing products.
  • Make purchased kits available through file-sharing platforms.
  • Claim ownership of integrAIt’s original intellectual property.

If you require multi-business, agency or redistribution rights, please contact us before using the products for those purposes.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our original website content, branding, product documentation and downloadable materials remain with integrAIt or the relevant rights holders.

Purchasing a kit grants the usage rights set out in these Terms but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Any third-party software, libraries or resources included in or required by a kit remain subject to their own licensing conditions.

10. Third-party software & integrations

Certain kits may require third-party applications, automation platforms, APIs or software services. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate access, subscriptions and permissions where required.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and technical limitations. integrAIt cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of external platforms or compatibility following changes made by third-party providers.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Installation & configuration

Although our kits are designed to simplify automation, some technical configuration may be necessary.

You are responsible for reviewing the supplied instructions, checking compatibility and testing workflows appropriately before relying on them in a live business environment.

We recommend keeping appropriate backups and testing automations with non-sensitive sample information before connecting live business systems.

12. AI-generated outputs

AI-assisted workflows can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate results.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them or sharing them with customers, employees or other third parties.

Automated outputs should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate professional judgement, particularly in financial, legal, employment, medical or other regulated matters.

integrAIt does not guarantee that use of any kit will produce a particular financial result, revenue increase, time saving or business outcome.

13. Responsible use

You agree to use our products lawfully and responsibly.

You must not use the products for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, fraudulent communication, unlawful processing of personal data or infringement of third-party rights.

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your organisation and its use of automation technology.

14. Data protection

Where you use our products to process personal information, you are responsible for understanding and meeting your own data protection obligations.

This may include determining lawful grounds for processing, implementing appropriate safeguards and reviewing the privacy terms of third-party services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information collected through the integrAIt website.

15. Updates & compatibility

We may improve or update product files, documentation or website functionality over time.

Unless expressly stated on an individual product page or required by law, purchasing a product does not include an unlimited entitlement to future feature upgrades, new product versions or bespoke development.

Any updates or compatibility remedies required under applicable consumer legislation will be provided in accordance with that legislation.

16. Customer support

Support is available for enquiries about purchases, downloads and product-related issues through our Contact Support page.

Unless expressly included with a product or separately agreed, purchases do not include bespoke installation, custom development or ongoing managed technical services.

17. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Consumers may have cancellation rights under distance-selling legislation, subject to the rules for digital content supplied during the cancellation period. Where the relevant legal requirements are met, a consumer may lose their statutory change-of-mind cancellation right once digital delivery begins.

This does not remove statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing.

18. Warranties & limitations

We aim to supply digital products that correspond to their descriptions and meet applicable legal requirements.

However, the performance of automation workflows may depend on external systems, configuration, service availability and information supplied by the customer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility or specific commercial outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

For business customers, and subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses, loss of anticipated profits or losses arising from factors outside our reasonable control.

For business customers, our aggregate contractual liability relating to an individual purchase will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for that purchase, except where such a limitation is unlawful or unenforceable.

For consumers, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights or remedies, including rights arising from faulty digital content.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

20. Website availability

We aim to maintain a reliable and accessible website. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where an interruption affects access to purchased content, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, operations or applicable legislation.

The version in force when your order was accepted will generally govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that apply where you live.

Nothing in this clause removes rights that consumers cannot lawfully be required to waive.

23. Contact us

If you have questions about these Terms, your purchase or our products, please contact us.
